Hi, I’m Shanii also known as Pretty Nii and I wanna thank you for choosing me to be your Lash Tech!
• All appointments require a NON-refundable deposit that varies depending on the service. 

• When booking a fill-in you must come with at least 40% of lash retention, otherwise, you’ll be charged for a full set or canceled depending on time

 One full eye gone is considered a full set.

•After 20 minutes your appointment will be cancelled. 

• NO CALL NO SHOWS, are inconsiderate you will not be able to make a future appointment. Communication is key

• No makeup, mascara, or glue from previous lashes. You will be charged for a lash bath to prevent poor retention
• I DO NOT WORK OVER OTHER LASH ARTISTS! You will have to book a removal and Full set of your choice.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule please do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled time
 

I’m located in the up-the-way neighborhood of Cleveland Ohio. Once your deposit has been received and your appointment has been confirmed you’ll receive a text or email with the address.
